Black Helicopters

I recently had an experience with black helicopters. At around 10 PM I spotted 4 flashing lights in the sky (like the light beacons on a plane, but different from ones on a plane-there was only one in the middle of the craft's bottom). The other things that tipped me off that they were not planes were: They hovered and I could faintly hear the rotation of the blades (They were silent, but you could still faintly hear them-not like normal helicopters. I have good ears-I live next to train tracks.)

Do I believe these black silent helicopters exist? Yes, of course I do! Not only because I saw some, but because I believe the government has advanced technology that regular citizens do not have access to. The government is like 50 years ahead of the regular citizen's technology. Again these are only my thoughts. Whether or not the helicopters exist or the government is ahead technologically of the citizens can not determined.
